Security Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site activity during specific shifts
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel
• Manage data center systems, CCTV, and VMS
• Control ingress/egress and perform regular rounds
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and medical personnel
• Ensure security equipment, cameras, and alarms are in good working condition
• Provide regular detailed shift reports

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of prior supervisory experience in security
• GA 24 Hour Certification
• Valid GA Driver’s license
• Valid CPR-AED
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, and stand for extended periods
