Security Scheduling Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and review schedules to minimize company overtime within WinTeam
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
• Report operational matters to the Vice President of Operations and senior management
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations
• Monitor staff performance, including disciplinary actions and performance appraisals
• Record data such as call-offs, tardies, emergencies, and equipment malfunctions
• Maintain integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems
• Support HR with involuntary terminations, exit interviews, and unemployment claims
• Track company equipment including technology and vehicles
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years of supervisory experience in security or customer service
• Ability to acquire and maintain a security license if required by the state
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a heavy volume call center
• Experience with scheduling software
• Bilingual skills
