Security Road Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site tours to verify officer compliance and uniform standards
• Evaluate officer performance and provide real-time coaching
• Inspect client sites and equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Provide post coverage during staffing shortages to ensure continuous security
• Respond to incidents and assist officers with de-escalation and situational management
• Administer corrective actions and document disciplinary interactions
• Prepare accurate reports regarding site visits, inspections, and incidents

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid security license/guard card as required by state law
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
• Strong de-escalation and emergency response capabilities
• Proficiency with mobile applications and reporting software

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or security leadership experience
