Security & Resiliency Initiative (SRI) Solutions - Vice President/Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, market, policy, and financial dynamics across critical sectors to identify vulnerabilities and investment opportunities
• Evaluate projects, companies, and technologies for commercial viability, scalability, and resilience impact
• Build financial models, investment theses, and business cases to support diligence and decision-making
• Engage senior clients, government partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to shape tailored financing and advisory solutions
• Help structure and execute innovative public-private, blended finance, and risk-sharing transactions

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, project finance, or a related field
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Experience engaging senior clients and decision-makers
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, cross-sector environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Investment banking background with a strong track record of execution
• Industry experience in defense, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, energy, healthcare, critical infrastructure, or technology
• Familiarity with public-private partnerships, government programs, or policy-adjacent investment initiatives
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics, industrial policy, or national security-related economic issues
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
