Responsibilities

• Provide security services for various roles in the Molde area
• Maintain high standards of quality and security focus
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Handle responsibilities in a solution-oriented manner

Requirements

• Satisfactory criminal record (per the Private Guarding Act)
• Good language skills in Norwegian (minimum B2 level) and English
• Completed and passed National Basic Training for Guards
• Driver's license class B for certain services

Preferred Qualifications

• Initiative-taking and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
