Security Protection Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Centio's internal security protection work
• Manage security vetting for consultants and employees
• Conduct security vetting interviews
• Ensure relevant routines, instructions, and documentation are updated
• Handle customer dialogues, follow-ups, and audits related to security protection
• Assess which assignments must be managed according to specific security protection routines

Requirements

• Experience working with security protection
• Strong understanding of security protection legislation and practical application
• Experience with security vetting, security protection agreements, or similar work
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish
• High integrity and good judgment
• Availability to work part-time and on an as-needed basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Protection Manager, Security Coordinator, or equivalent
• Experience from the public sector, government agencies, infrastructure, construction, or consulting
• Experience with security protection agreements (Level 1, 2, or 3)
• Experience with security-sensitive assignments
• Experience developing routines, security protection analyses, or governing documents
• Relevant education in security protection, information security, or security vetting
