About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure direct and indirect reports meet company standards regarding quality of work
- Develop and implement training materials, regional processes, and procedures
- Lead strategic projects and direct the work of regional management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects
- Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using internal dashboards
- Provide administrative support including travel arrangements and expense reports
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security and/or military experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field; OR Associate's with 3 years administrative management experience; OR High school diploma with 5 years administrative management experience
- Administrative management experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong financial skills and ability to analyze regional metrics
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
