Security Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure direct and indirect reports meet company standards regarding quality of work
• Develop and implement training materials, regional processes, and procedures
• Lead strategic projects and direct the work of regional management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects
• Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using internal dashboards
• Provide administrative support including travel arrangements and expense reports

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security and/or military experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field; OR Associate's with 3 years administrative management experience; OR High school diploma with 5 years administrative management experience
• Administrative management experience in an office setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong financial skills and ability to analyze regional metrics
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
