About the role
Responsibilities
- Administratively support regional leadership by managing deliverables and tracking project deadlines
- Drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement and company initiatives
- Lead strategic projects and direct the work of regional management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Create, track, and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using internal dashboards
- Partner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects and identify areas for improvement
- Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, invoice processing, and expense reports
- Develop and implement training materials, regional processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- OR Associate’s Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of administrative management experience
- OR High school diploma/equivalent with at least 5 years of administrative management experience
- Proven administrative management experience in an office setting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize multiple software systems
- Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management
