Security Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Administratively support regional leadership by managing deliverables and tracking project deadlines
• Drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement and company initiatives
• Lead strategic projects and direct the work of regional management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Create, track, and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using internal dashboards
• Partner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects and identify areas for improvement
• Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, invoice processing, and expense reports
• Develop and implement training materials, regional processes, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• OR Associate’s Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of administrative management experience
• OR High school diploma/equivalent with at least 5 years of administrative management experience
• Proven administrative management experience in an office setting
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize multiple software systems
• Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management
