Security Program Manager - Data Center Development

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of large-scale data center projects involving Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance Systems across the US and Brazil regions.
• Manage security vendors responsible for the installation, programming, and testing of Enterprise Access Control and Video Surveillance systems.
• Partner with data center project managers to align security installation schedules with overall delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with design managers to review security designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Support commercial expansion efforts through site surveys, security vendor RFPs, and onboarding.
• Drive department initiatives including security design standard reviews, cost optimization, and technology development roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a security-related technology field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Enterprise Video Surveillance and Access Control Systems, preferably within critical infrastructure.
• At least 1 year of experience managing security vendors in an end-user or client capacity.
• Familiarity with physical security design standards for data centers in the US region.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• CPP certification or experience with physical security operations in data centers.
• Basic knowledge of IP networking.
• Certifications in Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, or Genetec.
