Responsibilities

• Perform security duties at research stations in Agua Fría, Toluca, or Texcoco
• Manage registration and accounting control of station income and expenses
• Control financial assets and provide monthly expense reports
• Handle petty cash and electronic banking for minor maintenance and operational expenses
• Maintain records for station vehicles including fuel vouchers, maintenance, and licensing
• Coordinate the sale of station grains and products through resource management
• Support Human Resources processes including hiring, terminations, and payroll incidence recording
• Assist with logistics for station events such as courses and presentations
• Provide administrative support including telephone calls, filing, and visitor assistance

Requirements

• Minimum high school education (Preparatoria)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of civil protection (First Aid, Emergency Response, Evacuation, and Rescue)
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• English language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics AX or similar HR modules
• Knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures
