Security Preparedness Lead, Coding Agents

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain threat models for advanced attackers targeting coding assistants and automated security systems
• Identify and prioritize critical security investments based on implementation lead-times, costs, and benefits
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Research, Legal, and Preparedness teams to align on implementation plans
• Lead technical execution including prototyping controls, writing and reviewing software, and coordinating engineers
• Work with penetration testers to identify and close defense gaps

Requirements

• Exceptional hands-on technical execution skills
• Experience working with advanced persistent threat (APT) actors or capable cyberoffensive groups
• Ability to creatively reason about non-standard security problems and design controls under tight constraints
• Experience leading technical programs or teams
