Security Patrol Officer

Responsibilities

• Control access to the plant through gate operations and credential verification
• Check vehicle passes and semi-truck paperwork
• Understand and conduct Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures and vehicle inspections
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to identify security violations or unauthorized persons
• Monitor security cameras to prevent theft and maintain safety
• Maintain accurate logs of people, property, and packages
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security
• NRC Certification
