About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and store personnel
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, and parking areas
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter unauthorized access
- Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management and monitoring after-hours activity
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a computer or tablet
- Guard card or security license
- Customer service experience
- CPR certification
