Security Patrol Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• Monitor access points and observe foot traffic to assist with security-related concerns
• Document daily activities and communicate clearly with management and public contacts

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Ability to meet state and local licensing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• Pepper spray certification
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton
