Security Operations Training and Education Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver, facilitate, and develop workplace violence prevention training in classroom, virtual, and simulation formats
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and leadership across UHN
• Consult to identify and address program improvements for security operations
• Support security-related workplace incidents and participate in debriefs
• Review metrics with Security Operations management to ensure operational standards
• Analyze and assess training metrics and quality indicators for leadership reporting

Requirements

• University or college degree in security, law enforcement, or criminal justice
• Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years of adult education experience
• Valid Ontario Security License (PSISA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Security industry certifications such as CHSS, CHPA, or CPP
• Certifications in adult learner education and coaching/mentorship
• Experience with healthcare-centric de-escalation programs
• Experience supporting a unionized workforce
• Experience with data management using Power BI
