Security Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to threats by managing the SOC team and SIEM/SOAR stack
• Automate alert responses to minimize fatigue and improve response times via security workflow automations
• Lead security incident management from initial detection through to post-mortem analysis
• Perform vulnerability management by hunting for weaknesses in applications and infrastructure
• Ensure organizational protocols adhere to industry best practices and regulatory frameworks
• Own and act as the subject matter expert for the security solutions stack, including EDR and WAF

Requirements

• Technical expertise in IT Security Operations across application, infrastructure, network, and cloud
• Hands-on experience with EDR, WAF, SOAR, and other security solutions
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go
• Strong problem-solving skills and a "security-first" mindset
• Fluency in English to collaborate with diverse multi-national teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the fintech or credit product industry
• Deep knowledge of the MoEngage platform
• Experience with app-based growth or lifecycle marketing
• Indonesian language skills
