Security Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site and manage a team of security officers
• Handle scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development for staff
• Manage escalated security issues, emergency situations, and incident investigations
• Maintain operational procedures, post orders, and access control protocols
• Utilize access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems
• Conduct general property patrols in various weather conditions
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience as a security officer supervisor or in a related role
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Security License (if required by state) and driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs
• Ability to perform foot patrols in inclement weather
