Security Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage K8s/K3s operations, including version management, disaster recovery, and vendor engagement for root cause analysis.
• Govern Zero Trust Network Access by configuring cluster networks, identifying device compliance risks, and optimizing access control policies.
• Build and improve log monitoring systems and observability through proactive alert rules and trend analysis.
• Lead the implementation of AI Agents (using Claude/GPT) to automate log analysis, alert triage, and incident remediation workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in security operations or engineering.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes/K3s core concepts and ability to diagnose cluster-level issues.
• Strong networking fundamentals and knowledge of Zero Trust security models.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) for scripting, log analysis, and fault diagnosis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DACS/NAC or similar device access control systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
• Proven experience building AI Agents or implementing tool-calling workflows.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors to drive technical issue resolution.
