Security Operations Center Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for Carvana sites nationwide
• Operate 24/7 emergency phone lines and triage calls from site contacts
• Respond to life safety incidents and dispatch emergency personnel (police, fire, EMS)
• Utilize physical security systems to detect and analyze risks to employees and assets
• Provide physical security data to assist managers in assessing risk and structuring policies
• Maintain regular records of communications and security events
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of previous Security Operations or Call Center experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, and overtime as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or criminal justice
• Experience with Jira, Wrike, or MS Project
