Security Operations and Risk Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain factory security management systems in compliance with headquarters requirements, local laws, and site needs.
• Manage technical security operations, including electronic access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
• Implement and supervise security standards, processes, and compliance audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and utilize findings to develop appropriate security protocols.
• Monitor security-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage alarm interventions.
• Coordinate preventive and responsive security measures and manage emergency responses.
• Oversee external security vendors and provide support during special events or site requirements.
• Report, handle, and document security incidents and suspicious activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local public security departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 8+ years of experience in security or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of security management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to handle emergency responses and unexpected incidents.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on processes and projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
