Security Operations and Governance Manager

Responsibilities

• Govern SOC, security monitoring operations, and incident management activities
• Oversee security tooling, monitoring effectiveness, and operational reporting
• Lead incident readiness, playbooks, tabletop exercises, and response governance
• Govern endpoint security controls including EDR/XDR, DLP, device compliance, encryption, and endpoint hardening
• Oversee vulnerability management, VAPT, attack surface monitoring, GitGuardian, and exposure tracking
• Support ISO 27001, audits, client assurance, and risk integration activities
• Support AI governance initiatives, secure AI adoption, and AI usage controls

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security
• 4+ years in Security Operations, Security Governance, Incident Response, or Security Management
• Experience in SOC operations, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and exposure monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
• Experience with AI Security and AI Governance
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management
