About the role
Responsibilities
- Gate own service on a construction site
- Monitor, control, and document vehicle traffic including material movements at the entrance and exit
- Perform access and entry controls
- Register external companies and create daily and visitor passes
- Accept, mediate, or forward mail and other notifications
- Manage key distribution
Requirements
- Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a GewO
- Current certificate of good conduct without entries
- Good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Service-oriented appearance and behavior
