Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery activity, and communicate security concerns to site personnel.
• Support facility operations by documenting daily activity and noting maintenance or housekeeping issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a guard card or license.
• Experience with access control and badge systems.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Previous customer service experience.
