Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points and observe site activity to identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Document daily operations, incidents, and unusual conditions in detailed written reports.
• Assist with enforcing property rules and post orders while communicating professionally with the public.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification.
