Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients by following security procedures and site-specific policies
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter
• Maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
• Observe and report unusual activity, safety conditions, or maintenance concerns
• Complete routine documentation and communicate relevant information to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Customer service experience is preferred
• A guard card and/or license is preferred
