About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct patrol drives and alarm tracking
- Perform regular status checks and closing services
- Initiate situation-appropriate measures for incidents such as burglary, damage, or vandalism
- Operate and monitor building management and security technology
- Perform regular inspection rounds and handle reporting
- Execute first aid, fire protection measures, and elevator rescue operations
Requirements
- Minimum IHK instruction according to § 34a GewO
- Mandatory Class B driver's license
- Good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in patrol services is desirable
- High level of communication and teamwork skills
