Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Active object protection through preventive action
• Primary contact for visitors, customers, and employees
• Regular patrols including condition checks and closing services
• Implementation of situation-appropriate measures during incidents such as burglary, damage, or vandalism
• Support in operating and monitoring building management and security technology

Requirements

• Mandatory IHK Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a GewO
• Willingness to work shifts with high temporal flexibility, including weekends
• Very good German language skills (at least B2 level)
• Training as a first aider, fire protection, or evacuation assistant is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
• Careful, reliable, and structured way of working
• Well-groomed appearance and a confident manner
