About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a contact person for customers, visitors, and employees
- Perform access controls and registration for external companies
- Conduct regular patrol and inspection rounds including closing services
- Manage reporting and documentation of special incidents
Requirements
- Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a GewO
- Fluent German (minimum B2 level)
- English language skills are an advantage
- Clean criminal record (polizeiliches Führungszeugnis)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to work night shifts (12-hour shifts)
- Reliability and a service-oriented mindset
