Responsibilities

• Manage access gates and register visitors, including political figures, media, and contractors
• Control incoming and outgoing construction traffic and verify documentation
• Monitor the complex via the central control room
• Dispatch mobile security guards to resolve issues on-site
• Collaborate closely with fire wardens and the head of security
• Follow strict procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Possession of a MBO 2 Security Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a dispatcher (required for control room roles)
• Availability for 24/7 shift work (days, evenings, nights, and weekends)
• Residence within a 40KM radius of The Hague
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Reliable, stress-resistant, and strong communication skills
• Ability to pass an extensive background screening
