About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle telephone services and visitor management
- Manage key administration (issuing and returning)
- Create access permits and manage ID exchanges
- Process alarms
- Monitor access and exit controls
Requirements
- IHK Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a GewO
- Resident in Germany for at least 10 years
- Very good German language skills (B2-C1 level)
- Good English language skills is an advantage
- Strong communication skills for visitor traffic and telephone
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and motivated demeanor
- No criminal record or relevant entries in the certificate of conduct
