Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary and responsive customer service to clients and visitors
• Deter, detect, and investigate activities that could result in loss or liability
• Enforce client security, safety, and fire/life safety protocols
• Conduct proactive interior and exterior security patrols and inspections
• Respond immediately and appropriately to emergency situations
• Complete required reports, logs, and paperwork accurately and timely

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years or older
• US Citizen
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a thorough background investigation and drug test
• Ability to meet all requirements for a security officer’s license where applicable
• Computer literacy (email, internet, Microsoft Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous security experience
• Stable work history
