Security Officer Screening Role

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures and site-specific policies at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and shipments entering or leaving the location in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around business areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to monitor for unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, screening records, and incident documentation.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel, drivers, and visitors regarding access procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
