Security Officer - Screening Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and access control activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with client-directed protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points to verify credentials and shipment documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Document observations and report unusual activity or prohibited items through proper channels.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
