About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in an independent working environment
- Perform access control, building patrol, and grounds patrol
- Maintain accurate and timely rounds of assigned areas
- Monitor CCTV and manage parking
- Respond to dangerous or urgent situations and report details to management or first responders
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass extensive background checks (VA State Police & FBI fingerprints)
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and bend for long periods
- Ability to work in all-weather environments
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Proficiency in basic technology (email, scheduling software, Zoom, MS Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of required DCJS training course
- Ability to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
