Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Protection of persons and infrastructure
• Enforcement of house rules and security regulations
• Conducting patrols and inspections in indoor and outdoor areas
• Performing person searches and managing effects
• Perimeter monitoring and alarm response
• Intervention in emergencies and conflicts, including handling uncooperative persons
• Supporting evacuations and monitoring sensitive areas
• Collaborating with emergency services and reporting incidents to the shift leader

Requirements

• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights and weekends
• Previous experience in security or a related field (training provided for beginners)
• Fluent German (written and spoken) plus English or another national language at A2 level
• Driver's license category B and possession of a private vehicle
• Strong observation skills and sense of responsibility
• Ability to remain professional and calm in challenging situations
• Intercultural sensitivity and communication skills
• Technical understanding of access control and alarm systems
