About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform access control for visitors and employees
- Communicate with customers and visitors in English
- Manage badges and keys
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems (EMA/BMA)
- Perform luggage checks using X-ray equipment
- Conduct person and vehicle checks using explosive detection devices
- Intervene during unusual events inside and outside the premises
Requirements
- Experience in the security sector or an equivalent field
- Availability for three-shift operations, including nights and weekends
- Very good German and English skills (Level B2)
- Good IT skills and technical know-how
- Valid residence permit
- Clean criminal and debt enforcement record
- Proactive and efficient working style
