Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests and team members
• Handle emergency situations, suspicious activity, and first aid promptly
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the resort at all times
• Welcome guests to the Atlas Theatre and verify resort passes
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Conduct regular foot patrols of the resort premises

Requirements

• Current SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Proven experience in a similar security role
• Ability to confidently diffuse challenging situations
• Excellent customer service and engagement skills
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to work night shifts and perform lone working

Preferred Qualifications

• Full clean Driving Licence
• First Aid at Work Certificate
