Security Officer Patrol Watch

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned retail areas, including sales floors, entrances, and parking areas, to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or critical situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with guests, staff, and first responders.
• Support loss prevention and access control efforts by observing high-traffic areas and checking authorized access points.
• Document incidents and report suspicious behavior or policy violations according to site procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
