Security Officer Patrol Detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to support authorized access and observe site activity.
• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, noting observations and security-related events.
• Report suspicious behavior or maintenance-related issues to property management or emergency personnel.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Must meet any state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.
