Security Officer Patrol Detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity or hazards
• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and policies
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to support authorized entry for employees, contractors, and guests
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate security-related issues to leadership

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and/or First Aid certification
• Valid guard card and/or security license
• Previous customer service experience
• Comfort using a computer or tablet
