Security Officer Patrol and Badging

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and common areas to identify unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Enforce property rules and post orders while documenting incidents and daily activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Willingness to comply with state and local licensing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with access control and badging systems.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Comfort using computers or tablets for reporting and monitoring.
