Security Officer Patrol

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter
• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures and access protocols
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas to support authorized access and report suspicious behavior
• Prepare accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents
