Security Officer Patrol Access Monitor

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas and conduct regular patrols throughout warehouses, loading docks, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific access protocols and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, vendors, and drivers, verifying credentials and directing traffic flow.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Willingness to work in a logistics environment with limited on-site facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with access control and badge systems.
• Experience operating alarm panels.
• Prior customer service experience.
