Security Officer Part Time Access Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by following access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and check identification or credentials as required.
• Document arrivals, departures, and other security-related activities in accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of lobbies, gates, common areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Support package, delivery, and vendor access procedures according to community rules.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a guard card or relevant security license.
