Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the property to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents
• Assist residents and guests with general information and directions
• Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents for management review
• Coordinate with emergency services when required
• Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed in accordance with property standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador for the residence

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a hotel or residential environment
• Valid SIRA License (Dubai Security Industry Regulatory Agency) is mandatory
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
