Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle and foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity
• Manage access control at gatehouses and front desks
• Greet and verify credentials of residents, guests, and vehicles
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and CCTV
• Document visitor logs and maintain accurate reports
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and calls of distress
• Enforce site rules and regulations

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid state security licensing
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, and stand for extended periods
