About the role
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with courtesy and urgency
- Monitor access control and CCTV camera systems
- Announce visitors and distribute packages
- Deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules
- Patrol areas and perform security checks
- Provide protection for equipment and workers in factories and offices
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience with report writing and documentation
- Experience with monitoring and surveillance
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Ability to pass background, fingerprint, and drug screenings
