Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the site guard shack to monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic
• Verify the identity and credentials of all workers, contractors, and visitors
• Conduct regular foot patrols around the perimeter and interior of the construction site
• Proactively identify and deter unauthorized individuals from entering the premises
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports

Requirements

• Valid, active Arizona Guard Card (unarmed)
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Professionalism and outstanding customer service skills
• Strong attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or access control
