Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk regarding people or property
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management

Requirements

• Active Level 2 Security License
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in a client-facing, concierge-style security, receptionist, or customer service role
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform foot patrols in various weather conditions
• Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Bi-lingual skills
