Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules
• Perform foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior
• Greet residents and guests, check identification, and log visitors
• Monitor CCTV camera systems and access control
• Distribute packages and manage front desk duties

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to stand for up to 8-hour periods
• Ability to perform extensive walking and stair climbing
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Weekend and holiday availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or customer service
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Valid state licensing
